CHERRY TMS is a terminal management system for the centralized and vendor-independent management, configuration, and monitoring of eHealth card terminals. The browser-based solution supports IT departments in healthcare facilities in remotely administering card terminals across multiple locations.
With the increasing complexity of IT components, centralized management is becoming ever more important. CHERRY TMS enables IT departments to respond quickly and flexibly to system requirements, centrally control devices, and handle administrative tasks from a single source.
Connector Management
Connects (high-speed) connectors of all
Manufacturer and manages simultaneously
all cards (SMC-B, eHBA, gSMC-KT).
Remote Pairing
Enables location-independent connection of terminal and connector – including “one-click” migration, e.g., when migrating to the TI gateway.
Monitoring
Continuous monitoring of the operating status – including connection to external monitoring systems via API.
WireGuard Management
Ensures the connection of card terminals to the TMS regardless of location – even in complex networks.
Easily integrated via WireGuard.
Configuration Management
Enables the creation of configuration scripts and the setting up of tasks for terminal groups.
Connector migration
Allows for manufacturer-independent migration to the TI gateway – controlled via the information model.
Card terminal management
Simplifies the management of card terminals through automatic detection of KTs (also via WireGuard and IPsec) – including update management and reporting.

Provides centralized management and allocation of all TI workstations – including client and user management.
CHERRY Terminal Management System
CHERRY TMS enables centralized, vendor-independent management of supported eHealth card terminals and connectors. Comprehensive network configuration is also available for CHERRY ST-1506 card terminals.
The browser-based user interface allows IT departments to perform routine tasks from any location, monitor system status, and centrally manage administrative processes. This simplifies the management of complex device environments, reduces the need for on-site visits, and supports IT staff in quickly addressing issues and system requests.
Initially, on-premises hosting solutions in your own data center will be available. A cloud option is also planned for a later date – particularly for institutions that prefer not to have their own TMS server, as well as for TI gateway installations.
