The update can be performed via the remote interface.

The CHERRY USB-LAN proxy is a system service that runs in the background on the PC.
If no free network port is available, the ST-1506 can also be operated via a PC. To do this, connect the ST-1506 to the PC using the supplied USB cable.
The PC's MAC and IP addresses are used as the MAC and IP addresses for the ST-1506.
